Free shipping is not available to AK,HI,PR,VI,PO Boxes or any Foreign Country.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Orders shipped within the contiguous United States include free UPS shipping to any VALID street address.

Any package going to a P.O. Box address or any Foreign Country is shipped using Priority Mail through the US Postal Service and requires an extra charge. Priority Mail takes approximatley 5-10 business days.

Other shipping options are available.

We are shipping from Southern California. Approximate UPS Ground delivery times are as follows:

Southern CA - 1-2 working days

Northern CA, AZ, NV, NM and UT - 2-3 working days

CO, ID, MT, OR, WA, WY - 3-4 working days

KS, ND, NE, OK, SD, TX, AL, AR, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MN, MO, MS, TN and WI - 4-5 working days

All other continental United States - 5-6 working days.

All packages going to Post Office addresses REQUIRE using the USPS Service.

ATTENTION: DUE TO THE 9-11 ADDRESS CHANGES - WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RURAL ROUTE ADDRESSES. Contact the recipiant and get their new address.

Incomplete or Incorrect addresses are subject to address correction charges. Please make sure that all addresses supplied are correct and complete. Appartment Numbers, N,E,S and W directional markers and Street, Lane, Way, Parkway, Blvd., Court, etc. etc. are being required and the package can be returned if any of these components of the address are missing.
